Gracias Miguel por ayudarme a vender mi casa en Miami y al mismo tiempo comprar otra en Orlando la verdad que intente varios realtors, pero ninguno me funciono unos decían que no me cobrarían nada, otros que me cobrarían simplemente $1999 por vender la verdad todo eso que ellos decían era mentira y solo querían conseguir el contrato firmado por nosotros, pasaban los meses y veíamos como en nuestro vecindario se estaban vendiendo las casas y la nuestra nadie venia a verla, pero tu me distes a entender que en el negocio de bienes raíces hay bueno y malo al igual que hay realtors buenos y malos. Hola Miguel no se por donde empezar la verdad, antes de divorciarme todo para mi era muy confundido no sabíamos lo que teníamos que hacer, la verdad compramos la casa con otro realtor el año pasado por $350.000 estabamos contentos por que los pagos mensuales estaban dentro de nuestras posibilidades y creíamos que eso pagos serian siempre los mismos, pero nuestra sorpresa fue que en seis meses nuestros pagos mensuales del préstamo subieron casi el doble, no sabíamos que hacer la verdad te lo digo, pero Marta que ya refinancio su casa con usted nos dijo que usted le había ahorrado mucho dinero en sus pagos por cual lo llame y gracias que lo hice por que si no hubiéramos perdido la casa, y ya cuando refinanciamos son su compañía nuestra vida volvió a estar tranquila gracias Miguel por su excelente personalidad y ayuda Jose y Erika
Hi my name Paloma there only I want to say a few words never ever believe in companies or realtors that say that will sell your home for free or sell your hone for $1999 or cash etc etc. Just think for a while will you sell your home for nothing? will you sell your home for less of what really worth? Do you think those realtors, companies and others don't will charge anything? More? Or less? Always there is a catch so beware
I tell you this because I did I try to save money so I called those companies first at For Sale By Owner I spend $3478 and did no sold after 4 months they call me and told me if I want help of some realtors I said to ok so they refer me to one realtor that told me that he will sell my home for just $1999 but you know my home was in the market for others 2 months before the realtor came and said we will need to change our contract if you really want to sell your home fast I regret and feel sorry to contact all this companies because they make lose at least $20.000 time is money when you are selling your home after search on the internet for some information I saw Miguel Frias website I read through and decide to work with him why? Simple Miguel Frias is not a layer his professional Miguel Frias sold my home in just 15 days the way he told me to do it thank you
